Forest friends

 

This week we read " The kissing hand" with Chester raccoon, and made a raccoon with hearts and our hand prints for the black mask. We discussed how Chester felt sad to leave his mom and then he felt loved and happy after she kissed his hand. 

We also made another nocturnal animal for our forest friends week, an owl. We could build a nest like owls and other birds. We danced and sang a song "Just like an owl"
