‘Tis the
season for sickness! We apologize for the lack of blog posts lately; this
season’s sickness has kept many students and teachers home throughout the last
few weeks.
Here's
what has been going on this week:
Our color
this week was white! Did your child tell you about the white items our friends
brought?
Our theme
this week was Friendship.
On Monday
we made friendship trees. Our hand-print made the branches and our arm made the
trunk. We got creative and made a heart shaped stamp using toilet paper rolls!
On
Wednesday we had our Valentine’s/Friendship Party. It was a blast! Our project
was “Heart-Man.” We practiced our
cutting and accordion folding.
Next, we did a Valentine’s Day
scavenger hunt. Here are the clues we found.
We had such a great time with our friends.
Next week our theme is construction. The color of the week is brown.
We plan to have LOADS of fun next week!
