Colors week~ ORNGE, RED & RAINBOW

 We started a new good morning song "Where is.." to help learn our new friends names. We first talked about the color Orange and made an orange backpack. To go with our color orange we sang "5 little pumpkins" The next color was red, and we started lacing. At the end of class we made music with red tapping sticks and followed along to tap, tap, tap song.

Colors week~ GREEN YELLOW & PURPLE

 This week we talked about the color GREEN. We read the book "Pete the cat's magic sunglasses" and colored our own green magic sunglasses."  At the end of class we sang "5 green speckled frogs"!

                                         

We also talked about all things yellow! We read "Pete the cat's 4 groovy buttons" on his yellow shirt, and practiced opening and using glue bottles for our project. 

                         Mixing red and blue paint to make purple in plastic bags was our fun Friday!
